Initial Contact: Our receptionist will gather intake information regarding the problem and the urgency of the service call and then prepare a service ticket for the corresponding project manager. 

Prioritization and Scheduling: The corresponding project manager will schedule an electrician within 48-72 hours. Depending on the urgency of the problem an electrician may be scheduled out the same day.

Dispatch Technician and Diagnose the problem: The electrician will call the customer before heading to the service location. Upon arrival, the electrician will assess the problem, explain the diagnosis to the customer, and move forward with the repair upon the customer’s approval. 

Completion: Our bookkeeper will receive a detailed service report describing the repair and prepare an invoice. Final payment will be requested at this time.
