New Construction Process

Review Building Plans & Estimate Preparation: The electrician designs the wiring layout and estimate based on the building plans and the homeowner’s electrical needs. 

Electrical Rough-in: Initial installation of the wiring, conduit, electrical panel, and junction boxes before the drywall is put up.

Final Installation and Testing: Install lighting fixtures, smoke detectors, outlets, switches, etc.. Test all outlets and switches for functionality.

Inspection: Perform a thorough walk-through to ensure all electrical codes are being met and ensure customer satisfaction. Lastly, schedule the electrical inspection.
